• Returns/replacements can be requested within 3 days of delivery.
• An unboxing video is mandatory as proof in case of damage, misprint, or missing items.
• Only damaged, misprinted, or incorrect books are eligible for replacement.
• The entire package must be returned (not individual items).

Non-Returnable Items

• Books in good condition with no damage.
• Orders placed by mistake (wrong title/ duplicate purchase by the customer).
• Books showing signs of personal use.
